News: RESIMARMO® Italia will recruit 75 people for its Italian sales department.

The “BtoB” sales department of RESIMARMO® Italia was for too long the poor relation of the company. 17 for all of Italy was really no longer tenable. The choice to sell from the beginning by e-commerce is partly responsible for this situation. But a decision comes to put an end to this state of affairs. RESIMARMO® Italia wants to have a sales force in charge of prospecting new customers and establishing privileged commercial relations with existing customers.
We found that customers, who once trusted us, did not systematically renew this trust in a second purchase or project.
This situation was badly experienced by the staff of RESIMARMO® who feel very involved in the success of the company. This was the subject of several open letters to the management at the end of July 2017, and in the Professional News of the same period. The management took note of this, and after much discussion, responded quickly.
To study this new provision, trade officials were recalled from vacation to attend a one-day seminar where they were introduced this new provision. After posing the question to everyone and finding that the majority agreed, the management decided to push the project further. As a result, on September 1, 2017, 75 people, 70 commercial men and women, handpicked and 5 sales secretaries, will begin to take their place in the RESIMARMO® Italia sales force.
